BD Publisher — Data Deletion Instructions

BD Publisher is an internal tool operated by BestDid Technology LLC and connects only to social-media accounts owned or administered by BestDid. To delete data associated with a connected account:

1. Revoke the app's access on the platform (e.g. Threads/Instagram: Settings → Security → Apps and websites; X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions). This invalidates our stored tokens immediately.
2. Email us at hello@bestdid.com with the account handle and platform. We delete the stored tokens, account record, and any associated post records within 30 days and confirm by reply.
