BD Publisher — Terms of Service

BD Publisher ("the Service") is operated by BestDid Technology LLC(Carson, California, USA). The Service is a private, internal tool used to compose, review, schedule and publish social-media posts to accounts that BestDid Technology LLC itself owns or administers.
Who may use the Service
The Service is not offered to the public. Access is limited to BestDid Technology LLC personnel and authorised contractors, behind a password gate. There is no sign-up, no free or paid plan, and no third-party end users. If you have reached this page without being one of those people, nothing here grants you a right to use the Service.
Connected social accounts
- Accounts are connected only through each platform's official OAuth sign-in, by a person who is authorised to administer that account.
- We connect only accounts that BestDid owns or is authorised to manage. We do not connect, publish to, or read from accounts belonging to anyone else.
- An account can be unlinked from the Service at any time, which deletes the stored credentials. Access can also be revoked at any time from the platform's own settings, which the Service treats as final.
Acceptable use
Content published through the Service is BestDid's own marketing and product content. We undertake to use the Service in accordance with the platform terms and developer policies of every network we connect to, including TikTok, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), X, and YouTube. In particular we do not use the Service to:
- publish to accounts we do not own or administer;
- post spam, bulk unsolicited content, or automated engagement of any kind;
- resell, sublicense or otherwise provide publishing access to third parties;
- collect, store or process the personal data of other platform users;
- misrepresent the origin of content, or omit a disclosure a platform requires — AI-generated video published to TikTok is labelled using TikTok's own AI-generated content flag.
Platform rules take precedence
Where anything in these terms conflicts with the terms, policies or developer agreements of a connected platform, the platform's rules govern our use of that platform.
Content ownership
BestDid Technology LLC retains ownership of the content it creates and publishes through the Service. Once published, content is additionally subject to the terms of the platform it was published to.
Availability and warranties
The Service is provided to our own team on an "as is" basis, with no warranty of availability or fitness for any purpose. It depends on third-party platform APIs and may stop working when those change. We may modify or discontinue it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BestDid Technology LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. As the Service has no external users, no liability is owed to any third party in connection with it.
Privacy and data deletion
How the Service handles data is described in our Privacy Policy. Requests to delete data are handled as described in our Data Deletion policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service changes. The effective date above records the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
